Festival Manager
Louis Fields
Louis Fields has served as Festival Manager of the Charles Wood Festival since 2023. A musician, educator and arts administrator, he is Managing Director of St Columb's School of Music and Assistant Organist of St Columb's Cathedral, Derry, and is passionate about developing opportunities for young musicians and audiences across Ireland.

Girls' Choir Director
Christopher Gray
Christopher Gray is Director of Music at St John's College, Cambridge, and Director of the Charles Wood Girls' Choir. Widely recognised for his work with young singers, he is committed to developing musical excellence through inspiring and engaging choral education, helping to nurture the next generation of talented musicians.

Choir Fixer (Charles Wood Singers)
Charlotte O'Hare
Charlotte O'Hare is Choir Manager of the Charles Wood Festival and works closely with singers, tutors and staff to ensure the smooth running of the Festival's courses and performances. She plays a key role in participant welfare, communications and the day-to-day organisation of Festival activities.

Artistic Director
David Hill
David Hill MBE is one of the world's most respected choral conductors and has served as Artistic Director of the Charles Wood Festival for many years. Formerly Chief Conductor of the BBC Singers and Director of Music at Winchester Cathedral and St John's College, Cambridge, he continues to inspire generations of singers through his exceptional musicianship and leadership.

Girls' Choir Organist
Luke Bond
Luke Bond is Organist of the Charles Wood Girls' Choir and one of the United Kingdom's leading cathedral musicians. A distinguished organist, accompanist and conductor, he has held appointments at some of the country's most prestigious churches and cathedrals and is widely recognised for his work with young singers, choirs and soloists. His musicianship and expertise make him an integral part of the Girls' Choir programme and Festival week.

Fundraising Lead
Didier Rochard
Didier Rochard leads fundraising and development for the Charles Wood Festival, helping to secure support from individuals, trusts, foundations and corporate partners. His work plays a vital role in ensuring the Festival can continue to deliver high-quality artistic, educational and community programmes while investing in future growth and sustainability.

Festival Organist/Assistant Director
Philip Scriven
Philip Scriven is Associate Conductor and Organist of the Charles Wood Festival. An acclaimed conductor, organist and accompanist, he works closely with David Hill and the Charles Wood Singers, bringing a wealth of experience from his work with leading choirs, cathedrals and music organisations across the UK.

Choir Manager (Charles Wood Singers)
Kerry Magee
Kerry Magee serves as Festival Administrator and supports the delivery of the Festival throughout the year. Her work includes administration, participant support, event coordination and helping to ensure that the many elements of the Festival operate efficiently and successfully.
