The acclaimed Northumbria Chamber Choir visit Armagh to perform a programme of sacred and secular choral music. Established in 2005 as part of Sage Gateshead’s Adult Education programme, over the past twenty years Northumbria Chamber Choir has built a reputation for choral excellence in the North East. The mixed-voice ensemble, with approximately 40 members, performs an adventurous range of music, dating from the 16th century to the present day. Music includes pieces by Runestad, Eleanor Daley, Byrd and Rheinberger.
