Former singers, tutors, conductors, volunteers and supporters gather in the majestic setting of Armagh’s Archbishop’s Palace to celebrate 33 years of the Charles Wood Festival and 100 years since the death of Charles Wood. An evening of friendship, reflection and celebration, the Gala Dinner honours the people and partnerships that have shaped the Festival’s remarkable journey.

Canapés Starter

• Yorkshire pudding with pulled beef and horseradish cream

• Crab, avocado and mango tartlet

• Goat’s cheese, red onion chutney, tomato and basil scone

Pan-fried supreme of chicken with peppercorn sauce, fondant potato, cabbage and bacon, and glazed carrot
